At the start of June, author and Strategist contributor Anna Carey wrote an ode to her Sweaty Betty Garudasana yoga pants — and we’ve been hunting them in the sales ever since. Today, in Sweaty Betty’s 50 percent off sale, we spied them: down to £56 (from £80).
Anna recommends wearing them every day: “I’ve worn them so often over the last few strange months that, on a cost-per-wear basis, they’ve been a very good investment.” She explains “on the days when I need something cosy enough to wear while working in bed, and yet smart enough to wear to the shops without worrying I’ll have a (socially distanced) chance encounter with someone I know, I reach for the Garudasana yoga pants. They make me feel pulled together, in a way other loungewear doesn’t.”
A note on sizing: Anna mentions that the pants run a little big, and recommends that if you’re short, to go for the shorter-leg option.
