Black Friday has arrived, and just like in 2020 (and 2019), we’re here to help you sniff out the best deals across the internet. At the Strategist UK, we’re obsessive with our deal-hunting — we cross-check prices across retailers and compare discounts year on year — so we always know when, for example, that “best-ever-price” Vitamix is actually cheaper at John Lewis.
Here, you can find the best Black Friday deals on bedding and mattresses — if you’ve been waiting for the chance to swap out your decade-old mattress, or you’re looking for a new set of cosy linen sheets, we’ve got you covered. We’ve found deals on mattress bundles at Emma, 20 percent off at big retailers like John Lewis, and the best deals on bedding sets from luxury brands like Joules and Piglet in Bed. We’ve listed the sales alphabetically by retailer for ease. We’ll be stock-checking this post throughout the day, but if you see something you like, don’t dillydally — and follow us on Instagram and Twitter for updates throughout the day.
There are thousands of mattress and bedding deals on Amazon. The best deals we found were on Silentnight, Linenspa, and Sweetnight mattresses. If you’d like more Amazon savings, visit our guide to the best Black Friday Amazon deals.
Beddable is offering up to 50 percent off selected bedding, cushions, and throws.
At Bedeck, there’s 60 percent off bedding across a wide range of luxury brands, including 50 percent off this Joules bedding set. We also found savings on brands like DKNY and William Morris.
Debenhams is offering up to 50 percent off on home this Black Friday, with great deals on duvets, pillows, bedding sets, and more.
Emma has half-price deals across a range of products (at multiple retailers, like John Lewis and Amazon), but the best savings we found were on mattress bundles (exclusive to the Emma website). All orders of the Emma Original Mattress, Emma Hybrid Mattress, and Emma Accessories include a 200-night trial period, so you can claim a full refund if you’re unhappy with your purchase.
At John Lewis, you can get 20 percent off bedding and cushions, and up to 45 percent off mattresses in a range of sizes — including an Emma king-size mattress, which is the cheapest we’ve seen it at any retailer (including at Emma). John Lewis also have savings on beauty and skin-care items — find more of those in our guide to the best Black Friday beauty and skin-care deals.
MADE.com has up to 30 percent off across a range of bedspreads, cushions, and throws. We think the cushions would be a lovely housewarming present — for more giftable ideas, visit our guide to the best Black Friday deals (that would make good gifts).
Piglet in Bed is offering 20 percent off all its products when you add the discount code “BF20” at the checkout.
Like Emma, Simba has savings across multiple retailers. But if you shop direct at Simba, you can get up to 45 percent off any order above £299 at Simba, or 50 percent off bundles. We like the Ultimate Sleep Bundle, which includes a king-size mattress, duvet, protector, two pillows, and a bed base.
